About Project Green
Local understanding. A wider perspective.
Project Green Consulting brings research, strategy, business development and digital expertise to institutions and enterprises in Ethiopia. Our work connects local understanding with an international perspective.
A broader perspective on development
Our work spans tourism, hospitality, environment and wildlife, art and heritage, education, and quality management. These sectors share a need for clear evidence, capable people and practical plans. We bring those elements together around the priorities of each client.
From insight to implementation
We help clients understand their starting point, assess options and define a workable direction. Assignments can connect research with strategy, workforce development, business planning and marketing or digital implementation. The scope is shaped around the decisions and outputs you need.
Value for people and places
Community participation, environmental stewardship and viable local enterprise guide our approach. We consider the people affected by a project alongside its commercial and institutional objectives, translating these priorities into the design of the work.
Local understanding, international perspective
With our main office in Addis Ababa and a representative office in Cologne, we connect Ethiopian context with a wider professional outlook. Mulugeta Demssie is our Founder and Managing Partner. Partner Dr. Cathrine Holmes brings culture and heritage research perspectives from the USA and Africa.
Working with you
We start with a conversation about your organization and the challenge ahead. Together, we define the scope, responsibilities and deliverables. Throughout the assignment, clear communication keeps the work connected to your priorities.
Our outlook starts with the value of a place.
